Since time immemorial, artists from diverse cultural backgrounds and ages have put forth the Art of the Mandala as the united answer. They have observed Nature and the Universe and embarked upon the quest for spatial and graphic interpretations of their greatness, of their beauty.
"Mandala" is the word used to convey the Indo-Tibetan version of this artistic expression, bequeathing it a quasi-scientific dimension. It came to flourish in Angkor and left us a stunning result: ANGKOR MOHANOKOR, the Cosmos-City.
For several years, here at Angkor, using computer graphics, I have been ardently toiling with this incredible visual and mystical material to breathe modernity into this traditional form of art.
